Stretch Fabric Production and Development

SEVNNA TEXTILE coordinates fabric development and production for recycled swimwear, activewear, yoga wear and sportswear applications. Projects are reviewed from yarn and knit construction through dyeing or printing, inspection, packing and shipment.

Knitting and Fabric Development

Warp-knit, circular-knit, textured and double-knit constructions are selected according to target stretch, recovery, weight, width, hand feel and garment use. Development samples help confirm the specification before bulk production.

Color, Printing and Finishing

Depending on the base fabric and design, projects may include solid dyeing, dye-to-match development, screen printing, wet printing or inkjet digital printing. Lab dips and print strike-offs should be approved before production.

Inspection, Storage and Packing

Finished fabrics are reviewed for appearance and agreed specification, then protected on suitable rolls or tubes with polybag packing. Project-specific testing, packing and shipping requirements are confirmed before the order is released.
